This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with the Medical Recruiter and Contingent Staffing to maintain facility sheets and distribute them to agencies when internal needs arise.
• Organize and document Risk Assessment calls for locums, Ambassadors, Reservists, Champions, or Site Incentives requests.
• Confirm pay, travel, lodging, and other expenses submitted on Locums invoices and seek approval via Coupa.
• Assist with name clears, candidate evaluations, reference checks, and initial screenings of potential candidates.
• Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or text messages.
• Identify, research, and source contacts for cold calling opportunities.
• Provide candidates with information about the site and position and explain Vituity as necessary.
• Evaluate candidates and collaborate with the Medical Recruiter and Contingent Staffing to present them to Hiring Managers.
• Finalize placements and facilitate candidate onboarding at various sites.
• Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure completion of candidate paperwork.
• Conduct reference checks using DocuSign.
• Maintain and update candidate records in Taleo and Phenom; generate reports, conduct searches, and create listings.
• Review application statuses and maintain regular communication with agencies and candidates.
• Partner with Talent Sourcing and Operations on email/text campaigns to discover new candidate opportunities.
• Stay informed about practice site and Vituity policies and procedures.
• Undertake special projects as required.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, internet searches, and research.
• Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Taleo is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite for Windows, with strong internet skills and database management expertise.
• Understanding of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional, service-oriented setting.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong follow-through with all internal and external clients.
