Junior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish, evaluate, and sustain HubSpot workflows for effective lead nurturing and campaign tracking.

• Create and schedule marketing emails within HubSpot, ensuring thorough technical setup and quality assurance.

• Assist with inbound and outbound AI functionalities across platforms such as Gong, Artisan, and Qualified.

• Implement tracking pixels, UTMs, and campaigns to ensure seamless data integration into Salesforce.

• Extract campaign data and manage reports in both HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Compose concise ad copy for paid social media and search campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Design team to procure images and videos for advertising creatives.

• Work with the external advertising agency to ensure timely campaign launches.

• Regularly monitor Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to optimize ads and budgets.

• Oversee campaign timelines, workflows, and launch schedules from initiation to execution.

• Coordinate with Content, Design, Sales, and external partners regarding assets and messaging.

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, track key performance indicators, and deliver actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or paid advertising.

• Background in an agency environment is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable automation tool, as well as Salesforce, is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex software systems.

• Self-motivated individual who independently researches and resolves problems.

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality assurance practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with design teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
