This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist account strategists in project coordination, client preparation, and managing internal tasks for active client accounts.
• Support the SEO team by conducting research, crafting content briefs, making on-page updates, and providing reporting assistance.
• Aid the content team in writing, editing, and producing content for blog posts, website copy, and social media captions.
• Help the paid media team with campaign quality assurance, data reporting, and basic optimization tasks.
• Participate in social media scheduling, community management, and maintaining the content calendar.
• Contribute to creative and production tasks as necessary, including minor asset resizing and file organization.
• Gain insights into each department's operations and contribute to daily activities across the agency.
• Share observations, questions, and ideas while collaborating with various departments.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in one or more digital marketing areas, such as SEO, content, paid media, social media, or account management.
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and understanding how different channels work together to achieve results for clients.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and adjust your tone for different contexts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks without overlooking any details.
• Comfortable asking questions, following directions, and adhering to established processes, while also highlighting any discrepancies.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with project management software like Asana, Monday, or Notion.
• Any background in the legal industry or professional services would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of WordPress or web content management systems.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools for light asset creation.
