Junior Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, initiate, and oversee advertising campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms.

• Create visuals, ad designs, and promotional materials for digital marketing efforts.

• Compose and modify straightforward advertising messages tailored for various audiences and campaigns.

• Oversee campaign audiences, targeting parameters, budgets, and advertising expenditures.

• Analyze campaign performance and implement adjustments to enhance outcomes.

• Monitor essential campaign metrics and generate basic performance reports.

• Experiment with different creatives, target audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies.

• Contribute to marketing efforts associated with mobile homes and other business ventures.

• Support additional digital marketing initiatives as required by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in creating and managing Meta/Facebook Ads.

• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite.

• Skilled in designing digital graphics and advertising content with tools like Canva or similar applications.

• Basic knowledge of campaign metrics, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization strategies.

• Creative thinker with the capability to generate advertising concepts and implement them into campaigns.

• Comfortable overseeing campaigns post-launch rather than solely focusing on creative asset production.

• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.

• Quick to adapt to emerging marketing opportunities and project demands.

• Experience in lead generation campaigns.

• Background in marketing for real estate, mobile homes, or comparable consumer services.

• Basic experience in video editing or short-form content creation.

• Familiar with landing pages, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.

• Capable of managing multiple campaigns or business accounts concurrently.
