Junior Market Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product teams and other stakeholders to conduct research that addresses business inquiries.

• Convert business challenges into research goals, outline methodologies, define target demographics, and assist in sample planning.

• Design and implement surveys utilizing MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, and concept testing methodologies.

• Recruit participants, prepare scripts and materials, and assist in facilitating user tests for prototypes and initial concepts.

• Maintain competitor intelligence databases and generate insights on feature launches, positioning changes, and product updates.

• Organize and categorize feedback from NPS, app reviews, support inquiries, and social media channels.

• Assist in the preparation for focus group sessions.

• Summarize findings into clear reports, visual dashboards, and insight memos for cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Early-career experience in research, analytics, insights, or a closely related discipline; academic projects, internships, and placement years are considered.

• A keen interest in consumer and player behavior.

• Proficient in cleaning datasets, managing spreadsheets, and critically assessing numerical data.

• Familiarity with R, SPSS, Python, SQL, or BI platforms is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and precise documentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to present findings to diverse audiences.

• Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, UserTesting, or similar tools is a plus.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance research workflows.
