Junior Loss Control Regulatory Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and allocate inspection requests from Underwriters to external vendors.

• Review inspection reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness.

• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies or missing information that require follow-up.

• Conduct monthly reviews of invoices and billing to verify charges.

• Communicate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies and necessary corrections.

• Assist underwriting operations by ensuring timely processing of inspections and documentation.

• Maintain precise records and uphold data integrity across systems and reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address issues.

• Utilize a basic understanding of property and liability exposures across various business segments.

• Monitor workflows and contribute to enhancements in processes.

• Ensure that service standards and turnaround times are consistently met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in insurance, underwriting support, billing analysis, or administrative operations is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and quality control.

• A foundational understanding of property and liability exposures across sectors such as restaurants, retail, apartments/condos, business auto, and workers compensation is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Capability to adapt and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hire.

• No concurrent employment, professional activities, or compensated work for other entities during employment.

• Any ownership, partnership, directorship, or participation in other businesses must be disclosed and reviewed under conflict-of-interest policies.
