Junior Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the Legal & Compliance team with a wide array of legal issues.

• Draft and assess commercial contracts.

• Perform legal research across various jurisdictions, particularly focusing on the US and Europe.

• Create legal summaries, memos, and other internal legal documents.

• Aid in intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, software ownership, and licensing.

• Provide support to the Legal team in handling daily legal requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or final-year law student status.

• Over 1 year of pertinent legal experience.

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Ukrainian.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility for increasingly complex legal issues.

• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.

• Basic knowledge of tax, intellectual property, data protection, or technology law.

• Experience with legal tech, contract automation, and AI-assisted tools.
