Junior Hematology Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish connections with community and academic healthcare professionals to impact medical practices through the exchange of scientific knowledge.

• Communicate the value of innovative attributes such as efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, and quality of life.

• Influence medical practices and modify healthcare professional behaviors during the pre-launch phases of products.

• Prepare the healthcare landscape and medical community for upcoming product launches.

• Assist in engaging principal investigators and facilitating pre-approval access programs.

• Follow up on the education and adoption of new information.

• Identify obstacles to changing medical practices for innovative products.

• Address scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, researchers, healthcare systems, and decision-makers in population health.

• Incorporate scientific data into practical applications to satisfy customer and audience needs.

• Identify potential sites and aid in site recruitment in coordination with the TA Head/Senior Medical Manager.

• Organize medical field educational events centered on pipeline products nearing launch and key in-line products.

• Collect field insights regarding scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical requirements, and opportunities.

• Develop and implement the territory and KOL engagement plan in accordance with strategy and stakeholder validation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A scientific background, such as a Medical Doctor or a university degree in Pharmaceutical, Health, or Biological sciences.

• Proficiency in technical English.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

• A valid type B driver’s license.

• A minimum of 3 years of driving experience, ideally in highway conditions (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.

• Ability to build relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals.

• Experience in scientific knowledge exchange with physicians and other healthcare stakeholders.

• Understanding of medical affairs and scientific research.

• Knowledge of medical communications and compliance.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and interpersonal influence.

• Competence in analytical reasoning, data gathering, and analysis.

• Experience in competitive landscape analysis and market research.

• Proficiency in digital literacy and technology.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
