Junior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities across the website, app stores, content, job boards, and the Premium funnel.

• Develop and initiate your own projects.

• Create and launch landing pages, tests, and campaign components utilizing AI.

• Establish and assess A/B tests.

• Analyze outcomes and derive actionable insights.

• Test app store elements including screenshots, icons, titles, and descriptions.

• Craft copy and messaging tailored for learners.

• Generate landing page headlines, ad copy, and social media content.

• Monitor trends and viral formats on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Integrate relevant social trends into campaigns.

• Gradually assume full responsibility for your own projects, from ideation to evaluation.

• Early-career professional, particularly recent graduates, are encouraged to apply.

• One to two years of marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proficient AI skills and familiarity with—or a willingness to work with—AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex.

• A strong desire to learn about AI agents and automation.

• Willingness to construct and launch projects independently as opposed to solely generating prompts.

• Excellent copywriting abilities and clarity in writing.

• A keen understanding of the language and messaging that resonates with school and university students.

• Comprehension of social trends and the factors that contribute to content going viral.

• Close connection to the target audience.

• Independence, curiosity, and the capability to see projects through to completion.

• Openness to learning analytics tools and objectively evaluating tests.

• Basic marketing knowledge is beneficial; initial exposure to paid marketing, SEO, or lifecycle marketing is helpful but not essential.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Personal projects that can be showcased, such as a blog, Instagram account, university campaign, or side project.
