Junior Game Release Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure the precision and completeness of game information within internal systems.

• Integrate new games from partner feeds and manage updates for current game entries.

• Liaise with game providers regarding new launches, technical updates, metadata modifications, and necessary graphic assets.

• Upload, organize, and maintain game-related graphic materials in the CDN/asset repository.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a seamless flow of information and timely execution of release processes.

• Coordinate and oversee the complete game release process.

• Guarantee the accurate, complete, and timely availability of game content across the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• B2+ level proficiency in English.

• B2+ level proficiency in Russian.

• Previous experience in a customer support position.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel.
