This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee brokers and facilitate strategic growth initiatives.
• Build and sustain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and major customer accounts.
• Market and sell company offerings to restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, and various foodservice establishments.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales outreach.
• Identify new business prospects and generate leads within designated territories.
• Assist in formulating and implementing sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor behavior, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support product launches, menu placements, promotions, and sampling initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on account activities.
• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Attend trade shows, industry gatherings, and distributor meetings.
• Utilize the company CRM to track sales calls, opportunities, successes, campaigns, and projections.
• Engage in priority sales meetings and appointments.
• Travel regionally and, on occasion, nationally from a home base.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, foodservice, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the foodservice industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to analyze sales data and spot growth opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to excellence.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
• Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
• May require weekend or after-hours availability.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
