Junior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily financial operations of the organization, which includes reporting, budgeting, payment oversight, and financial analysis.

• Collaborate closely with senior finance managers, accounting, and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency throughout the organization.

• Process cost data, verify information, select appropriate expense categories, and document transactions in the accounting system.

• Review corporate bank card reports, analyze transactions, ensure compliance with company policies, and accurately record data in the accounting system.

• Timely collect invoices for company transactions and confirm they are correctly prepared and contain all necessary information.

• Generate quarterly reports on specific company expenditures and additional reports as requested by management.

• Assist with the period-end closing process and prepare financial data for reporting purposes.

• Support payroll processing, work with relevant stakeholders, verify calculations, and document payroll transactions in the accounting system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Familiarity with basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).

• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Native Ukrainian (both spoken and written).

• Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher.

• Capability to work accurately with numbers and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and a desire to learn.

• Knowledge of accounting and payroll processes would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application within the financial sector will be a plus.
