Junior Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, quality assure, schedule, and launch email campaigns utilizing Klaviyo or comparable email service providers.

• Assist in managing weekly and monthly email campaign schedules.

• Help in constructing and enhancing welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows.

• Observe campaign and flow performance and pinpoint basic optimization prospects.

• Monitor metrics such as open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and revenue.

• Generate performance reports and highlight key insights.

• Assist in A/B testing for subject lines, messaging, creative elements, and other campaign components.

• Participate in audience segmentation and personalization based on customer behavior.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure email messaging is aligned with SMS and other marketing channels.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout campaign setup, including links, formatting, targeting, and quality assurance.

• Work closely with senior strategists on campaign execution, email flows, segmentation, quality assurance, and performance analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related area.

• Basic knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.

• Understanding of email marketing principles, including the distinction between campaigns and flows.

• Strong attention to detail, especially in campaign quality assurance and execution.

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and simple performance reports.

• Excellent written communication and organizational abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and accept guidance from senior strategists.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
