This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and deliver training sessions focused on project management practices and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to uphold high standards of deliverable quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance project workflows and system integrations.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Oversee project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources and assist in automating processes for team and project setup.
• Maintain project management templates, documentation, and governance standards.
• Allocate Project Manager support based on project needs and team capacity.
• Lead project planning, governance, and resource allocation for multiple initiatives.
• Organize project intake meetings, planning sessions, and alignment meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain project calendars, planning schedules, and organizational reporting hubs.
• Act as a backup resource for Project Managers when required.
• Create, maintain, and revise project management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and project review discussions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Assist with project closure activities and ensure proper documentation of completed work.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Participate in requirements gathering and project discovery processes.
• Manage and supervise project-related support tickets and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project databases, reporting tools, and project management systems.
• Support Project Managers by offering guidance, oversight, and operational assistance.
• Prepare and present executive-level project reports and status updates.
• Oversee cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor team capacity and facilitate efficient workload distribution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile Certified Practitioner preferred (or demonstrated experience).
• Advanced proficiency in PM tools (Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, Excel, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
• 3–5+ years of direct project management, project program coordination, and managing enterprise-level projects.
• Strong understanding and proven experience in agile, scrum, traditional, and hybrid methodologies.
