Junior Communications & Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with media outlets and associations.

• Generate content for blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and various digital channels.

• Create and execute social media strategies across diverse platforms.

• Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ideas for promotional materials.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Manage and update the company website utilizing content management systems.

• Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing efforts.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for marketing campaigns.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute suggestions to enhance communication strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.

• Tech-savvy and passionate about AI-driven work.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of content management systems.

• Proficient in Google Suite.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and marketing trends.

• Self-driven with effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

• Interest in international relations, politics, and the energy sector.

• Previous internships or relevant experience in communications or marketing projects are a plus.
