This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +14 more states.
• Implement company-wide email distributions for executive messages and significant communications from Leadership, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Communications.
• Manage employee distribution lists and mailing groups.
• Assist in the scheduling and dissemination of internal communications according to predefined calendars and timelines.
• Review and test communications to ensure proper formatting and functionality across desktop, mobile, and email platforms.
• Collaborate with Communications, HR, IT, and other departments on employee communications related to benefits, compliance programs, policies, and company initiatives.
• Compile, create, and distribute the daily media coverage report.
• Monitor news coverage concerning iHeartMedia, its brands, talent, executives, and key business initiatives; evaluate article sentiment and share relevant clips in real time.
• Generate annual impressions reports and other impressions analytics.
• Develop and maintain media contacts, lists, and editorial calendars for national, local, and trade press.
• Organize and schedule business meetings and coordinate travel for the Communications division.
• Submit monthly expense reports.
• Process incoming invoices.
• Assist with communications during company events, emergencies, and special projects.
• 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, administration, project coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with media software such as Adobe Photoshop, Cision, Meltwater, Burrelles, and TV Eyes is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
• Flexibility to work a schedule starting at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
• BA/BS degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Ability to perform tasks and resolve straightforward issues within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow through until issues are resolved.
