Junior Communications & Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with media outlets and associations.

• Produce compelling content for blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and other digital channels.

• Formulate and execute social media strategies across various platforms.

• Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for promotional materials.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Manage and update the company website utilizing content management systems.

• Conduct market research and analyze data to enhance marketing initiatives.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns.

• Engage in team meetings and share suggestions for improving communication strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.

• Tech-savvy and excited about working with AI-driven tools.

• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with content management systems is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Suite applications.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and marketing trends.

• Previous internships or relevant experience in communications or marketing projects are beneficial.

• Self-driven, capable of managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.

• Interest in international relations, politics, and the energy sector is essential.

• Must be able to work remotely from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
