Junior Campaign Manager – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, oversee, and implement advertising campaigns for clients and agencies.

• Manage campaigns from the initial creative concept to final execution.

• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns using internal tools and social media platforms.

• Handle reallocations and cancellations effectively.

• Oversee employer branding initiatives.

• Develop and manage highly targeted job postings on the StudySmarter job board.

• Provide guidance on visual design and audience targeting.

• Create mailings and develop engaging client profiles.

• Collaborate with the Sales team, acting as a cross-functional liaison for sales-related departments.

• Support marketing and sales efforts.

• Analyze campaign performance and generate insightful reports.

• Present results to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, some practical experience in online marketing, a (media) agency, HR marketing/employer branding, or a similar environment.

• Motivated career changers are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in both German and English at a business level.

• Fluent in German with strong communication skills in English.

• Enjoy engaging in direct, consultative interactions with clients.

• Excellent time management skills and a structured approach to tasks.

• Ability to prioritize effectively during dynamic periods.
