This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with a designated Account Executive to enhance business and foster both new and existing partner relationships.
• Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and follow up on accounts, prospects, and sales processes utilizing current reporting templates.
• Work alongside operations to address broker inquiries and requests throughout the loan process.
• Analyze market trends and potential opportunities while keeping an eye on industry dynamics.
• Create presentations and action plans aimed at establishing potential new partnerships.
• Engage in significant industry events and ensure visibility when required.
• Offer strategic and functional solutions to problems.
• Deliver regular, detailed updates on completed and upcoming tasks.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity in client interactions.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 5 years of experience in reverse mortgage sales.
• Proven history of meeting and surpassing sales and revenue targets.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Energetic demeanor and a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about driving projects to completion in a timely manner.
• Strategic mindset with an opportunistic outlook.
• Empathetic and caring disposition.
