Junior Business Analyst – Fleet Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage strategic relationships with 5–8 third-party logistics providers.

• Serve as the primary business partner for 3PL owners and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Evaluate fleet KPIs to enhance order volumes, address operational challenges, and boost partner profitability.

• Introduce and promote new Glovo technology, features, and processes to partners.

• Oversee contracts, ensure their execution, lead commercial renegotiations, and maintain service levels.

• Work collaboratively with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex issues.

• Collaborate with Strategy & Data to initiate local projects and experiments informed by marketplace insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting.

• Ideally have experience in delivery, e-commerce, or logistics sectors.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to build trust and manage challenging commercial discussions with business owners.

• Analytical mindset with comfort in handling data and tracking KPIs.

• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.

• Ability to adapt to structural changes and navigate ambiguity.

• Familiarity with digital tools and dashboard platforms, such as Google Sheets and Looker.

• Native or fluent in Spanish.

• High level of proficiency in English.
