Junior Business Analyst – Fleet Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage strategic relationships with 5–8 third-party logistics providers.

• Serve as the primary business partner for 3PL owners and hold regular review meetings.

• Evaluate fleet KPIs to enhance order volumes, address operational challenges, and boost partner profitability.

• Onboard and present new Glovo technologies, features, and processes to partners.

• Oversee contracts and service-level agreements, including contract execution and commercial renegotiation.

• Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Operations teams to address complex issues.

• Team up with the Strategy & Data team to initiate local projects and experiments informed by marketplace insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting, preferably within delivery, e-commerce, or logistics sectors.

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate challenging commercial discussions with business owners.

• An analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and monitoring KPIs to enhance business margins and growth.

• Proactive, ownership-oriented, and adaptable in navigating structural changes and ambiguity.

• Familiarity with digital tools and dashboard platforms, such as Google Sheets and Looker.

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

• High proficiency in English.
