Junior Accounting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle the preparation and independent management of statistical and tax filings.

• Take on and oversee ongoing financial accounting for designated companies.

• Conduct account reconciliations and verifications to maintain high data quality.

• Engage in optimizing and enhancing internal processes and projects within the department.

• Collaborate closely with adjacent departments and relevant points of contact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in business administration or commercial training, such as a tax clerk (m/f/d).

• Ideally possess further qualifications as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or an equivalent certification.

• Initial professional experience in accounting, preferably within a corporate setting.

• Proficient in utilizing digital applications and ERP systems.

• Organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently.

• Strong affinity for numbers, teamwork, and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes.
