Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Comprehend business requirements and assess operational needs.

• Aid in resolving technical issues.

• Offer daily assistance regarding product utilization.

• Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for partners and their teams.

• Collaborate effectively with the development team.

• Gather and evaluate product feedback.

• Actively contribute to prioritizing the product backlog.

• Develop user guides and product documentation.

• Manage the complete customer support cycle to foster strong partnerships, ensure high product adoption, and achieve long-term client satisfaction.

• Assist clients in maximizing product value through consulting, training, and ongoing support.

• Support clients in overcoming technical challenges and implementing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English – B2 level.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Manager, Support Specialist, or Consultant.

• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and managing stress effectively.

• Strong self-organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Competent in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in negotiation is considered an advantage.

• Background in the IT sector would be beneficial.
