Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Sales Representatives with post-sales activities

• Serve as the main customer support liaison for designated accounts

• Promote cross-sell and upsell initiatives

• Monitor customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules

• Help manage renewals and follow up on contracts

• Evaluate incoming customer complaints and determine suitable resolution paths

• Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address customer concerns

• Maintain precise CRM and case management records in MSD

• Document customer interactions, complaints, and their resolutions

• Keep customer profiles, interaction histories, and notes up to date

• Classify and resolve cases/tickets within specified timeframes

• Engage proactively with customers and follow up on any missing information

• Support with quotes, proposals, product literature, onboarding materials, and training schedules

• Identify recurring service challenges and process inefficiencies, reporting trends to management

• Suggest enhancements for workflow, communication, and customer interactions

• Take part in team huddles and initiatives for process improvement

• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and service modifications

• Communicate relevant product and promotional information to customers

• Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams regarding current materials

• Monitor response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators

• Provide insights to enhance service delivery and support outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or similar positions

• Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industries is preferred

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
