Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise inventory levels across over 20 retail consumer goods brands.

• Identify reorder points and initiate restocking before shortages arise.

• Manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

• Maintain a dependable and up-to-date overview of inventory status for both clients and internal teams.

• Monitor event-related timelines from initiation to material delivery.

• Handle multiple ongoing workstreams and organize information throughout weeks of communication.

• Ensure timely dispatch of materials to the correct locations as per schedule.

• Act as the main client-facing representative through consistent and proactive communication.

• Anticipate client requirements and propose internal solutions.

• Represent the entire account in internal discussions, linking brands, timelines, and logistical streams.

• Serve as the first point of escalation for issues and resolutions.

• Highlight critical issues with relevant context and suggested next steps.

• Mentor and train team members on account processes.

• Contribute to account health reporting, documentation, and process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Experience in project management or inventory management is essential.

• Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or 3PL (third-party logistics) systems is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in project management or inventory tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet) is a valuable asset.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded accounts with many moving components.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure where needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• In-depth understanding of account management, inventory control, and fulfillment/logistics processes.
