Jordanian Arabic Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Develop lesson plans utilizing provided materials and tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages students to make mistakes and practice the language freely.

• Record student progress following each lesson.

• Implement the Berlitz Method of instruction.

• Inspire students to reach their language learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Jordanian Arabic at an expert level.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Availability to commit to 15-20 hours per week.

• Minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 15 Mbps.

• Reliable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is inadequate.

• A PC or laptop with Windows 11 or higher, or Mac OS 14.8.9 or higher; Linux is not compatible with the required applications.

• USB headset and camera are required.

• A backup system for devices in regions subject to load shedding.

• Minimum base processing speed of 2 GHz.

• RAM of 8GB or greater.
