This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Deliver frontline assistance for JDE-related inquiries and issues through the helpdesk ticketing system, escalating to the Corporate team as necessary.
• Set up and manage JDE application configurations, security roles, menus, and user permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to JDE modules, interfaces, and business operations.
• Ensure adherence to change management, security, and audit standards.
• Aid in data analysis, data corrections, and bulk dataset updates.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of third-party ERP applications.
• Create and develop functionalities, reports, forms, and interface systems for Finance/Accounting, Inventory Management, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Support corporate application enhancement and development initiatives, including requirement gathering, testing, training development, and quality implementations.
• Recognize opportunities for business process improvements utilizing standard or custom JDE functionalities.
• Provide user training and maintain process flows, support procedures, and training documentation.
• Regularly communicate with staff at all levels regarding user and business requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline such as Engineering or Mathematics.
• A minimum of three years of experience with JDE applications.
• Strong foundation in programming and analytical skills.
• Exceptional time management and project management abilities.

• Capacity to apply an organized and structured method to tasks.
