Java Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical evolution of backend solutions in Java

• Define architecture and promote best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java 17+

• Proficient in the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, etc.)

• Experience with microservices and hexagonal architectures

• Knowledge in API design (API First, OpenAPI/Swagger)

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, DDD, and testing (TDD)

• Experience with messaging (Kafka or other event-driven systems)

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

• Experience in cloud/container environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD)

• Ability to provide technical leadership and team mentoring

• Focus on quality, best practices, and continuous improvement
