This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot

• Implementation of architectures based on microservices and hexagonal architecture

• Design, development, and consumption of REST APIs

• Integration with synchronous and asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, MQTT)

• Development of data contracts using Avro

• Integration with IoT systems and communication protocols such as TCP/IP

• Management of SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly Azure Cosmos DB

• Implementation of monitoring and observability solutions with Grafana and Azure Application Insights

• Development of unit and integration tests using Mockito and TestContainers

• Participation in code reviews and continuous improvement following SOLID principles and Clean Code

• Collaboration in cloud deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc

• Involvement in CI/CD pipelines

• Collaboration with teams specializing in modern architectures, distributed environments, and integration of IoT and cloud systems

• Experience in development with Java 21

• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Framework

• Knowledge of Maven

• Experience in microservices architecture

• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture

• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs

• Knowledge of relational databases

• Experience in testing with Mockito and TestContainers

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience working under Scrum methodology

• Good development practices: SOLID and Clean Code

• Technical English B2 (reading and writing)

• Availability for domestic and international travel
