Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver advanced analysis, design, development, enhancements, implementation, and production support for intricate software systems.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Commerce Cloud and its associated subsystems that support FWGS.com, LOOP, and the Associate Portal.

• Create, develop, enhance, debug, test, and maintain complex software applications.

• Evaluate existing code and devise effective technical solutions.

• Develop and debug applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, XML/JSON.

• Assist with integrations and configurations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Conduct developer-level testing prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Diagnose and resolve application defects and production challenges.

• Engage in peer code reviews and adhere to development standards.

• Support non-production environments and facilitate code promotion through various stages.

• Record code modifications, requirements, design decisions, and estimates of effort.

• Monitor system performance and implement corrective or remedial actions.

• Ensure security, backup, recovery, data protection, and system controls are maintained.

• Adhere to PCI and e-commerce security standards.

• Assess software products and offer technical recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in JavaScript.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SQL.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HTML/CSS.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in XML/JSON.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Open Storefront Framework.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with MongoDB.

• 2 to 5 years of experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud.

• Experience in complex software development, debugging, testing, and production support.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with UAT, code reviews, change management, and application integrations.

• Proficient with Oracle SQL Developer, DevOps, Visual Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), application performance monitoring, and PCI/e-commerce application standards.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Must provide a valid photo ID and complete camera verification during the interview process.
