Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously, contributing to the successful execution of designated projects.

• Engage in design discussions with project teams to gain insights into application architecture and deployment methodologies.

• Rapidly acquire and implement new technologies and tools.

• Design and create Java/J2EE applications.

• Design and develop microservices utilizing Spring Boot and REST API.

• Build applications using ORM frameworks.

• Construct user interfaces employing Angular or ReactJS.

• Design and deploy cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.

• Utilize DevOps tools and technologies effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the design and development of applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, RESTful Services, and UI Frameworks.

• More than 2 years of experience in designing and developing Microservices with Spring-Boot and REST API.

• At least 2 years of experience with ORM Frameworks (JPA / Hibernate).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with one UI Framework (Angular or ReactJS).

• Over 1 year of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS Services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda).

• Strong experience in the DevOps toolchain (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, GIT/BitBucket).

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Solid understanding and experience with RDBMS/PostgreSQL.

• Good knowledge of technical concepts: Security, Transaction Management, Monitoring, and Performance tuning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in Oral English.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
