This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Maintain and improve current Java applications

• Create new features and solutions aligned with business needs

• Analyze and resolve software bugs and technical challenges

• Assist in application enhancements and ongoing development tasks

• Offer software-related support to sales and project teams as necessary

• Engage with databases, messaging systems, containers, and infrastructure during development and maintenance efforts

• Effectively utilize AI development tools to enhance development speed and productivity

• Occasionally access and work within customers' private environments

• Collaborate remotely with clients and the broader team

• Be open to occasional travel to the Nordics, ideally once or twice a year

• Senior/Expert-level Java development experience

• Solid background with WildFly and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)

• Familiarity with messaging and streaming technologies, preferably RabbitMQ

• Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database

• Strong understanding of containers, virtual machines, and infrastructure

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AI development tools, particularly AWS Kiro

• Proficient English communication skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative approach

• Knowledge in welding/domain expertise is considered an advantage
