• Cultivate vibrant and expanding digital communities for renowned brands as projects arise.

• Engage with users in real-time interactions.

• Respond to inquiries and participate appropriately in conversations.

• Address and resolve user issues.

• Engage accurately with users while maintaining the client's brand voice.

• Contribute to projects for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

• Adhere to established guidelines and workflows.

• Maintain a flexible work schedule, which may include 24/7 coverage, mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekdays, or weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the Japanese language.

• Profound knowledge of Japanese pop culture, terminology, cultural references, and slang.

• Prior experience in social media moderation is mandatory.

• Certification in Sprinklr, along with experience in Khoros and/or Sprout Social, is advantageous.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

• Capability to adhere to clear guidelines and workflows.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong spelling and grammar skills; candidates may be required to take a skills and/or language assessment.

• A keen willingness to learn and engage in critical thinking; proactive mindset is essential.

• High energy and capacity to multitask within a fast-paced organization.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Personal computer with at least Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; macOS 13 is specified in the application form.

• Personal internet connection with a minimum speed of 150 Mbps.

• Must have eligibility to work in the United States.

• Must satisfy the designated technology requirements.

• Fluent in both English and Japanese.

• Use of AI technology is prohibited during live interview discussions.
