📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through various channels including headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Carry out candidate interviews, which encompass screening, phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

• Oversee the entire interview process, facilitating communication between candidates and clients.

• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding their hiring strategies and talent acquisition requirements.

• Showcase and advocate for qualified candidates to clients.

• Offer positions to chosen candidates and finalize placements.

• Develop and nurture client relationships through effective business development practices.

• Market Cesna Group’s services to both new and existing clientele.

• Negotiate business terms with clients.
