This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide support for a range of short-term IT projects that include technology service requests, infrastructure setups, office moves, and organizational transitions.

• Coordinate technical teams across different functions.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders.

• Identify and document project requirements.

• Oversee project deliverables.

• Ensure timely project completion, adhering to scope and meeting established IT, cybersecurity, and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar position leading technical teams.

• At least 5 years of experience in defining project scope, objectives, and goals in partnership with business stakeholders.

• Over 5 years of experience in creating project deliverables, including project charters, business cases, project plans, requirements documents, and status reports.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.

• Strong experience in collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT project management methodologies and governance.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and documentation capabilities.

• Capability to work autonomously while managing multiple technical teams and stakeholders.

• Relevant post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
