IT Systems & Network Engineer – Level II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level II technical assistance for client infrastructure and end-user settings

• Manage and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID

• Oversee and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, focusing on device management and configuration

• Administer SharePoint Online and address access and configuration challenges

• Oversee and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related concerns

• Configure and troubleshoot routers and switches

• Set up, monitor, and resolve issues with multiple firewalls across various client environments

• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT devices

• Diagnose and address network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related infrastructure problems

• Manage escalated technical issues from Level I support and deliver suitable resolutions

• Work across diverse client environments while adhering to proper documentation and security protocols

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve intricate technical challenges

• Escalate issues as necessary and ensure timely resolutions in line with service level requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, routers, switches, firewalls, networking, and device troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting various client environments

• Solid experience with Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies

• Background in handling Level II technical escalations

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Comprehensive understanding of Windows environments

• Familiarity with VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP principles

• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a significant advantage
