IT Resource Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver analytical, operational, and reporting assistance for IT Resource Management and Finance Management.

• Facilitate precise forecasting, efficient resource distribution, and robust financial governance across IT workstreams.

• Collaborate with project managers, finance leaders, and resource stakeholders.

• Ensure the maintenance of high-quality data.

• Optimize processes.

• Support data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizen residing in the US (required).

• Ability to thrive in both team settings and independently.

• Capability to recognize potential improvement areas and propose enhancements.

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient at developing robust professional relationships.

• Experience in Financial Management tasks, including creating and updating financial forecasts, managing Estimated-at-Completion (EAC) calculations, and reconciling actuals against the plan.

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Advanced skills in Excel formulas, pivots, and Power Query for financial reconciliation, labor forecasting, and NPR calculations (bonus).

• Familiarity with AI tools for building and presenting Financial Management and Resource Management dashboards (bonus).

• Background in producing standardized PMO deliverables such as charters, status presentations, and dashboards (bonus).

• US work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
