IT Recruitment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Screen and assess candidates, taking comprehensive notes and presenting qualified individuals to internal or external hiring managers.

• Assist in managing the recruitment process to create a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Establish and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop a reliable network of inactive, passive, and active candidates, ensuring ongoing contact with key candidates.

• Acquire market insights through discussions with candidates and generate business development leads.

• Engage with individuals, posing questions and actively listening.

• Proactively analyze the market and source candidates through headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels.

• Experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong client-facing skills.

• Research skills and a keen interest in Information Technology.

• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate with internal and external hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and the internal recruitment team.

• Ambitious, resilient, and tenacious, taking pride in exceeding expectations.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage.

• Candidates must provide a criminal record extract that is not older than three months.
