IT Recruiter – Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various methods and strategies to develop and maintain strong talent pipelines.

• Ensure all candidate interactions are accurately and promptly recorded in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Perform market mapping and talent availability assessments across multiple regions to analyze talent supply based on specific requirements.

• Stay informed about the latest sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance effectiveness.

• Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand client needs and job specifics, aiding in the identification of the most suitable candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT roles.

• Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn, Boolean search methods, and other sourcing tools.

• Strong grasp of IT positions and technology stacks to effectively identify and evaluate suitable candidates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging messages and managing candidate interactions.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.

• Innovative problem-solving abilities to tackle challenging searches and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German at an Intermediate Strong / Upper-Intermediate level or beyond.
