IT Recruiter, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment process—beginning with defining hiring requirements and sourcing candidates, leading to successful placements.

• Engage in proactive sourcing and direct outreach to qualified IT professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, XING, and other pertinent channels.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and executive leadership to grasp customer and project requirements early on, translating them into appropriate search profiles.

• Recruit experts in software development, IT architecture, project management, and consulting, with a growing focus on AI and data-related roles.

• Assist in tenders and customer inquiries by identifying and preparing relevant candidate profiles.

• Establish and nurture a pertinent talent pool while continuously enhancing our recruitment practices.

• Initial professional experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on active sourcing.

• Solid understanding of IT roles and a keen interest in contemporary technological advancements.

• Experience with direct outreach using platforms such as LinkedIn and XING.

• Interest in AI, data, and emerging technology positions, coupled with a willingness to learn about new search profiles.

• Enjoy working in close collaboration with Sales and specialized departments, possessing a strong grasp of human dynamics and requirements.
