IT Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process across various teams within the IT, Technology, and Digital sectors.

• Handle 15–20 active job openings simultaneously, adapting strategies based on the complexity of the roles and business priorities.

• Collaborate with department heads, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to identify hiring requirements and create proactive talent pipelines.

• Design and implement sourcing strategies utilizing ATS, CRM systems, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

• Serve as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition by offering market insights, compensation analysis, and consultative support throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through prompt and thoughtful communication at every step.

• Keep precise documentation in Workday ATS and CRM systems to support data integrity and reporting needs.

• Provide flexible support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business demands change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting or agency catering to large enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and corporate positions across a range of functions.

• Capability to manage a high volume of requisitions while ensuring quality, speed, and confidence from stakeholders.

• Strong abilities in sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and negotiating offers.

• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with experience in engaging executives and senior business leaders.

• Proficient in ATS platforms, with a preference for Workday.

• Experienced in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Adaptability and a collaborative attitude to support other business units as priorities evolve.
