IT Recruiter – B2B Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee both technical and non-technical job openings from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.

• Actively seek and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other platforms.

• Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment.

• Create candidate summaries and present qualified applicants to hiring managers.

• Maintain a dynamic candidate pipeline across various job vacancies.

• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process remains on track.

• Monitor submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and recruitment metrics.

• Provide updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline statistics.

• Align available candidates with suitable openings for Talentuch clients.

• Identify recruitment challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Take responsibility for vacancies and drive them towards successful placements.

• Partner with client hiring managers and TA/HR teams on managed recruitment projects.

• Collaborate with client job vacancies, recruitment systems, processes, and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT or technical recruitment.

• Proven hands-on sourcing expertise.

• Proficient spoken and written English skills.

• Experience managing multiple active vacancies at the same time.

• Capability to independently oversee recruitment from sourcing to placement.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

• Confidence in communicating directly with international hiring managers.

• Ability to engage passive candidates and effectively communicate opportunities.

• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working with US-based clients and candidates while maintaining agreed availability during US business hours.

• A professional environment for conducting video interviews.

• Eligible to provide and invoice services as an independent contractor or self-employed professional in Mexico or via an approved freelance platform.
