IT Project Manager – Web Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish clear expectations with clients and eliminate barriers

• Define objectives, devise plans, and distribute resources

• Interpret requirements and convert them into workflows

• Assess and manage change requests appropriately

• Track progress and implement corrective measures when deviations arise

• Proactively identify and address risks at an early stage

• Maintain control over budgets and timelines

• Record project details and keep stakeholders updated

• Conduct client acceptance evaluations and resolve any outstanding issues

• Capture insights gained and share them with the team

• Oversee projects involving multiple stakeholders while managing time, budget, and quality effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical understanding of project workflows, risk management, and process management

• Exceptional skills in documentation, reporting, and visualization

• Proficiency in German at C1 level or above

• 2–5 years of experience in managing IT projects

• Demonstrate reliability and take ownership of tasks

• Provide support and proactively seek it when necessary

• Convey information clearly and practice active listening

• Set clear expectations and adhere to commitments

• Engage stakeholders and ensure that agreed actions are executed

• Coordinate tasks and integrate contributions

• Define objectives, assign resources, and oversee risks

• Interest in technical subjects and open source

• IPMA Level C certification

• Experience with agile methodologies, software development projects, and public-sector clients

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Git, and Linux

• Proficiency in French at B2 level, ideally C1
