IT Project Manager – TSA Carve-out, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.

• Manage the separation and migration processes involving applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

• Collaborate with IT, business units, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.

• Supervise TSA deliverables and confirm transition readiness prior to TSA expiration.

• Propel the migration of applications and data from legacy or parent-company settings to independent environments.

• Oversee system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition activities.

• Ensure business continuity during migration and separation processes.

• Manage interdependencies across various workstreams.

• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and project status updates.

• Identify risks and obstacles while driving mitigation and resolution efforts.

• Assist in cutover planning, go-live processes, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, ideally within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A programs.

• Demonstrated experience in managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects.

• Proficient in coordinating complex migrations involving applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services.

• Experience in managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance capabilities.

• Familiarity with cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business teams.

• Capability to handle multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Must be located in Europe.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence.

• Relocation package is not provided.
