This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the complete delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.
• Administer separation and migration tasks involving applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
• Facilitate coordination among IT, business functions, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.
• Supervise TSA-related deliverables and guarantee preparedness for transition prior to TSA expiration.
• Propel application and data migration from legacy or parent-company settings into independent environments.
• Organize system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition tasks.
• Maintain business continuity throughout migration and separation processes.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and project status updates.
• Identify risks and obstacles, driving mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.
• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, ideally within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects.
• Proficiency in coordinating intricate application, infrastructure, data, and integration migrations.
• Strong comprehension of IT environments, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, CSV, and cloud services.
• Experience in managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance capabilities.
• Background in cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business teams.
• Strong delivery orientation with the ability to handle multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required.
