This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.
• Manage separation and migration efforts involving applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.
• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate tasks among IT, business functions, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.
• Handle TSA-related deliverables and guarantee readiness for transition prior to TSA expiration.
• Lead application and data migration tasks from legacy or parent-company environments to independent environments.
• Oversee system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition processes.
• Ensure business continuity during migration and separation efforts.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and provide project status updates.
• Identify risks and obstacles, driving mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.
• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, ideally within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects.
• Experience in coordinating intricate application, infrastructure, data, and integration migrations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance.
• Experience with cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across both technical and business teams.
• Strong delivery focus with the capability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is essential.
• Proficient in English is required.
