IT Project Manager – TSA Carve-out, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.

• Manage separation and migration tasks across applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

• Coordinate activities among IT, business functions, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.

• Handle TSA-related deliverables and ensure preparedness for transition prior to TSA expiration.

• Lead the migration of applications and data from legacy or parent-company environments to independent environments.

• Manage system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition efforts.

• Ensure business continuity during migration and separation processes.

• Oversee cross-functional dependencies across numerous workstreams.

• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project status updates.

• Identify risks and obstacles, driving actions for mitigation and resolution.

• Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, particularly within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A programs.

• Demonstrated experience managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation initiatives.

• Background in coordinating complex migrations of applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of IT environments, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, CSV, and cloud services.

• Experience in managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance capabilities.

• Familiarity with cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business teams.

• Strong delivery focus and capability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

• Proficiency in English.

• Must be located in Europe.

• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence.

• No relocation package is available.
