IT Project Manager – TSA Carve-out, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.

• Manage the separation and migration processes for applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

• Coordinate efforts among IT, business departments, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.

• Handle TSA-related deliverables and ensure transition readiness prior to TSA expiration.

• Facilitate the migration of applications and data from legacy or parent company environments to independent setups.

• Oversee system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition activities.

• Guarantee business continuity during migration and separation processes.

• Manage interdependencies across various workstreams.

• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and project status updates.

• Identify risks and obstacles, driving actions for mitigation and resolution.

• Assist with cutover planning, go-live events, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, ideally in large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects.

• Proficient in coordinating complex migrations for applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services.

• Experience overseeing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent skills in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance.

• Knowledge of cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities across both technical and business teams.

• Strong focus on delivery with the capacity to manage various workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work in their country of residence.
