IT Project Manager – Transformation Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of enterprise IT projects, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Manage projects related to system implementation and migration, focusing on commercial, pricing, CPQ, order management, and associated business applications.

• Coordinate project initiatives among business units, IT departments, vendors, and external partners.

• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Execute mitigation strategies as necessary.

• Aid in ERP and CRM integration efforts, including initiatives linked to SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, conduct project governance meetings, and manage status reporting.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at system consolidation, modernization, and enhancements in business processes.

• Ensure that project deliverables comply with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is preferred.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in delivering enterprise IT projects, system implementations, or legacy migration efforts.

• Proficiency in CPQ, order management, pricing tools, or commercial systems implementation projects.

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, especially SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.

• Knowledge of comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience in supporting system consolidation, carve-out, TSA migration, or enterprise separation projects is advantageous.

• Background in global, manufacturing, technology, or other intricate enterprise environments.

• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities across global and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
