IT Project Manager – Semiconductors, Hi-Tech Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist with projects within the Customer Services Organization.

• Oversee internal business applications and initiatives for process enhancement.

• Manage projects that support Customer Services applications and business operations.

• Create project plans that include scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Lead the execution of projects and track progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Handle 3–8 concurrent projects at the same time.

• Supervise the development of dashboards and enhancements in reporting.

• Implement new processes and procedures effectively.

• Oversee the implementation of modules.

• Propel improvements in work-in-process (WIP).

• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Project Management (excluding software development PM).

• Experience with Agile, SAFe Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capability to lead by influence (without direct reports).

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience collaborating with global teams across various time zones.

• Must be able to work independently and adapt quickly (may take over ongoing projects).

• Ability to drive execution, communicate plans clearly, and manage global teams.

• Preferred: Industry experience in semiconductor or high-tech environments; banking or logistics industry experience is also considered.

• Preferred: Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft environments.

• Experience with SAP, Power BI/Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft tools and ecosystem, and ClickUp or similar project management tools (Planner, Azure DevOps, JIRA).
